Shipping and Handling
We ship orders as soon as each piece has been made to our satisfaction. Please allow up to 4-6 days from the day of purchase
for order to be ready to ship unless otherwise advised. You will be contacted (by phone or email when your order is ready
to be shipped). We understand that there may be times that you need your order more quickly, just let us know and we will
do our best to accommodate you. Payment must be received before we will ship orders.
We do not have any minimum order
amount that need be purchased.
We offer the following shipping methods:
USPS Priority Mail
Insurance and/or tracking is avaliable,
at your cost and request.
We will notify you of the amount of shipping on your order, in the email sent to you regarding
your order total. All payments must be received and clear the bank before orderes will be shipped. No exceptions.
Items are sent in good condition. If you receive your order and once opened the items are damaged, you should contact
us immediately or with in 3 days. Product(s) must be unopened and unsued, no exceptions. We will do our best to satisfy
your order in a timely manner.
At the moment:
We accept personal checks,cashiers checks
and money orders. All payments must be received and clear the bank before orders will be processed.
There is a $20.00
returned check fee on all returned checks.
Current address, phone number and email are required for purchases. This
is just in case we have any questions on your order.
Cancellations and Returns
Customers often ask what our return policy is. We aim for complete customer satisfaction. If you are not
completely happy with your purchase, we want to hear about it.
All orders placed with Hill Country Soap are made to
order or in very small batches in order for us to guarantee their freshness.
Occassionaly, some items will vary from
order to order. This is due to the oils and herbs we use varying from time to time. So in light of this we can not except
any returns because of this which we can not control. Also do to the nature of the products we offer we can not except returns.
If you cancel an order prior to shipping or cancel a custom order, you will be responsible for a re-stocking fee of
15% of the total order minus shipping costs.
Hill Country Soap products are not
intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease or illness. Liability is not taken by Hill Country Soap for any claims
made from the misuse or otherwise from any Hill Country Soap Product.

recommend that all our creams and lotions be kept in a cool, dry place to ensure you receive the best benefits of the product.
Hill Country Soaps products should be used with in 12 months of receiving in most cases. Labels will state an expiration
Always keep all items with embedded toys or the such out of the reach of children unless there is adult supervision
